For years, I've wanted to offer a mushroom coffee powder that included Amanita. I've tried countless different mushroom coffee blends and have experimented with my own blends time and time again. I was never quite satisfied with the end product, so we never released anything, and we decided to put it on the back burner.

A couple of months ago, I was talking to Gabe, and we decided we wanted to start pursuing the mushroom coffee blend again. Within two days of us putting out the intention, a friend introduced me to Roel and Maria, the owners of Nuestro Cafe, who were looking to incorporate amanita into their mushroom coffee powder and mushroom hot chocolate blends. There was an immediate connection. Two beautiful souls, and a synergy between myself, them and their team. I was happy to work with them and provide them amanita, but it wasn't until I tried their finished product that I realized how special it really was.
