Blue Lotus Extract

The infamous Blue Lotus Flower! This was the 2nd product I started carrying, and for good reason. This is a phenomenal blue lotus extract and is one of my all time favorites. 

Blue lotus flower (Nymphaea caerulea) is a psychoactive plant, also known as blue Egyptian lotus, blue water lily, and sacred blue lily. It grows in Egypt and in parts of Asia and has been heralded as a magical substance for thousands of years. 

Blue Lotus flowers are found on papyri and on the walls of tombs in ancient Egypt, and it is believed to have played a role in various entheogenic ceremonies.

I personally use this extract for meditation and relaxation. It seems to have a gentle mood lift and a subtle euphoria. But what it's really great at, is opening the heart and quieting the mind!

Many people find it really helps with dreamwork or lucid dreaming. Others find it's a potent aphrodisiac.
